As summer cicadas hummed beneath the whispers of typhoon season, natconn’s team crafted a heartwarming chapter of camaraderie through an extraordinary team-building retreat.

Last weekend, 41 colleagues from Business, R&D, Production, Quality, Materials, Administration, and beyond stepped away from their busy workstations to embark on a journey of unity and forward-looking inspiration.

More than just a gathering, this retreat vividly embodied our company’s cohesion and vitality, reflecting our unwavering commitment to every employee’s well-being.

Retreat Highlights: Scenic Jiangmen
Day 1

Strolled through Thirty-Three Arcade Street, a century-old qilou architecture district steeped in history.
Hiked Guifeng Mountain National Forest Park, immersing ourselves in lush greenery and rejuvenating our senses.
Unwound at a hot spring resort, soaking away fatigue in misty mineral waters.
Enjoyed an exclusive surprise: private KTV revelry, filling the night with team laughter.

Day 2

Explored Chikan Ancient Town, savoring its rich Nanyang (Southeast Asian) heritage.
Visited the viral hotspot "Global Granary" Bookstore, where culture and creativity collide.
Delved into Kaiping Museum, discovering the region’s profound history, unique customs, and vibrant overseas Chinese heritage.

Despite typhoon season’s unpredictability, we were fortunate with clear skies—as if nature itself championed our journey.

Beyond the Itinerary: Bonds Forged
Over these two days, work tensions melted away as colleagues connected deeply:

Sharing unhurried walks through ancient towns,
